Hi, I’m Jonathan Allen. I live right here in the city of Denton. I have a wife who teaches high school physics and two beautiful little girls who look just like her. I have inspected homes in the Denton/DFW area for over 6 years now. For about ten years prior to my home inspection career, I was self-employed doing construction/contracting work on homes in this area with a very high consumer rating for the entire time. I take my work seriously. My knowledge of homes and building structures, as well as my ability to get along with clients, made the transition to home inspections much easier.
I take each home inspection seriously. I must perform a thorough and comprehensive inspection with good, easy-to-understand verbiage in my reports and delivered on time to compete in this hot market. I focus on knowledge and bedside manner as well as timely delivery of products to both my clients and their real estate agents. My agents and my clients both love working with me. That is truly difficult to pull off but not impossible!
As well as being a TREC licensed professional inspector I have specific training in electrical systems, sprinkler systems, furnaces, pools, and foundations. I am a certified pool operator/inspector (CPO/CPI). I walk on 99% of roofs and crawl 99% of crawlspaces. I also inspect rural homes with wells and septic systems. And don’t worry about a wood destroying insect inspection (WDI Inspection), I can facilitate that as well.
