The 3 factors that are used to determine pricing are size, age and foundation type of the property.
My base price is for a home on a concrete slab foundation that is less than 25 years old.
Here is a further break down based on square footage:
- 1800 sq ft or less = $335
- 1800 to 2500 sq ft = $350
- 2500 to 2900 sq ft = $375
- 2900 to 3300 sq ft = $400
- Above 3300 sq ft call for quote.
Prices are given on an individual basis and are subject to change at my discretion. Prices may increase if the house is more than 25 years old. Prices will increase if I need to inspect a:
- Crawlspace
- Sprinkler/irrigation system
- Septic system
- Water well
- Swimming pool
- Outbuilding
